Fluidstack is seeking a Mechanical Engineer, Demand Management to join their Development team, focusing on building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI. This role involves engineering the mechanical aspects of demand flexibility for cooling systems in data centers, including modeling thermal inertia and designing strategies to turn cooling into a grid asset. The ideal candidate will have experience with mechanical or HVAC systems in data centers, dynamic thermal modeling, and field validation, working closely with controls engineers.
