Digital Asset is seeking a Director, AI Security & Governance to be the company's first dedicated owner of AI risk. This pivotal role involves designing, securing, and governing AI systems across the organization, working at the intersection of technology, risk, and regulation. The successful candidate will define the AI security function, reporting to the CISO, and will be responsible for AI architecture, security controls, model risk, regulatory compliance, cost management, and workforce AI readiness. We are looking for someone with 7+ years in information security or technology risk, direct experience in financial services, and a strong understanding of AI systems and their security implications.
