Pillar is seeking a Head of Risk to safeguard its balance sheet by owning end-to-end market and credit risk functions for its next-generation commodity risk management platform. This critical role involves building frameworks, systems, and discipline to ensure all exposures are intentional, bounded, and rapidly hedged. The ideal candidate will have 7-12+ years of experience in risk management, trading, or credit, with deep expertise in both market and credit risk, and a strong quantitative and systems mindset. You will work closely with the executive team, engineering, and product to scale Pillar's capabilities while maintaining a tight risk posture and efficient capital usage.
