KAST is seeking an experienced BSA Officer / MLRO to lead, manage, and execute its Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Financing of Terrorism (CFT), OFAC, and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) program. This role serves as the primary operational authority for protecting the platform against financial crime and ensuring strict compliance with FinCEN regulations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of direct BSA/AML experience at a U.S. financial institution or fintech, deep regulatory expertise, and technical proficiency with AML software.
