Armada is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager for Atlas to drive the post-deployment technical success of its enterprise customers. This remote role focuses on platform adoption, operational maturity, reliability, and expansion of Armada's Atlas product. The Senior TAM will build and maintain Joint Success Plans, act as the primary technical point of contact, and ensure Atlas is deeply embedded into customer workflows. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in technical account management, a deep understanding of cloud platforms, and a proven ability to drive measurable outcomes.
