Gauntlet is seeking a Credit Risk Analyst to own and build the credit risk function for one of the largest asset managers in onchain finance. This role involves defining underwriting standards, designing frameworks, and setting redlines for all asset-onboarding decisions, working closely with Capital Markets and senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in credit risk or structured finance, with direct credit-underwriting and portfolio-monitoring expertise. You will be responsible for the full credit lifecycle, from initial diligence and deal structuring to ongoing portfolio surveillance, across various lending products.
