Lila Sciences is seeking a Scientist I/II, Organic Chemistry to develop, execute, and optimize modern chemical transformations for Discovery Chemistry efforts. This role focuses on the rapid synthesis of small molecules and structurally diverse chemical matter, utilizing high-throughput experimentation (HTE) and advanced analytical characterization. The ideal candidate is an experimental organic chemist with a PhD, excited by solving synthetic problems at the intersection of reaction innovation, HTE, and process efficiency. You will contribute to building efficient chemistry workflows that accelerate molecular design–make–test–analyze cycles within a data-rich and increasingly automated discovery environment.
