The Technical Program Manager (TPM) on the Hardware Team is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional programs spanning hardware, software, robotics, and operations. This role ensures engineering initiatives are well-scoped, on track, and delivered with high quality from concept through deployment. The TPM will define program goals, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and facilitate communication across diverse technical teams. We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of technical program management experience and a strong understanding of systems engineering concepts.
