We are seeking a Manager, Solutions Engineering to lead and scale our Sales Engineering team, focusing on cybersecurity and identity. This player/coach role involves hands-on participation in key enterprise opportunities, driving technical discovery, and delivering compelling demos. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in Sales/Solutions Engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity, and a passion for building repeatable "win programs" and operational excellence. You will also serve as a crucial link between the field and Product/Engineering, influencing the roadmap and ensuring customer feedback is integrated.
