Confido is seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter to build and execute their Sales hiring engine, starting with Enterprise Account Executives. This role involves end-to-end ownership of Sales searches, including sourcing, running, and closing, while also improving the underlying processes. The ideal candidate will have 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on Sales hiring and the ability to operate as a senior individual contributor. This is a builder role for someone who wants to directly impact the scaling of Confido's revenue organization and eventually flex into Customer Success and Implementation hiring.
