Hermeus is seeking a Components Manufacturing Engineer to establish, develop, and scale advanced manufacturing processes for critical hardware for high-speed aircraft. This hands-on role involves taking full ownership of component fabrication from concept to production, driving design-for-manufacture and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be a highly technical engineer with strong problem-solving skills, capable of operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with design, materials, and production teams to bridge the gap between prototype and production, defining world-class manufacturing for next-generation hardware. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in precision component manufacturing, preferably in aerospace or defense.
