Firmus is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to establish the Firmus AI Factory as the foundation for efficient, production-grade distributed training. This role involves delivering pre-built training recipes, evaluation benchmarks, and model guidance, working with customers and internal teams to optimize training efficiency and define baselines. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in distributed machine learning, expert-level understanding of GPU optimization, and strong benchmarking methodology. You will build production-ready training recipes, design benchmarking suites, and create training efficiency playbooks to optimize customer workloads. This position is crucial for driving model/hardware/product decisions and strengthening competitive differentiation through trusted benchmarks and effective templates.
