Tools for Humanity is seeking a Senior or Staff Machine Learning Engineer/Research Scientist to advance their biometric systems for the World Network. This role involves improving core identification and anti-spoofing models, leading independent research, and shaping technical standards for the AI & Biometrics team. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in computer vision, deep learning, and a pragmatic, end-to-end ownership approach to solving complex problems in biometric ML and secure computation. You will contribute to systems that enable Proof of Personhood at a global scale, operating with significant independence while collaborating with various teams.
