Cognition is seeking a Federal Account Executive to drive revenue growth and adoption of Devin, their AI software engineer, across U.S. federal customers and partners. This role involves owning the full federal sales lifecycle, from targeting and capture strategy to closing and operationalizing deals within complex government and national security environments. The ideal candidate will have proven success selling highly technical software into federal organizations, a strong technical background, and the ability to navigate regulated acquisition processes. You will work cross-functionally to shape Devin for federal use cases and accelerate market penetration, providing critical customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
