Port.io is seeking a Technical Success Engineer to ensure customers fully leverage their Internal Developer Portal. This role requires a strategic mindset, blending technical expertise with customer-facing skills to guide clients from onboarding to adoption and identify expansion opportunities. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for customers, monitor technical health, build strong relationships, and serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, in-depth experience with developer tools and cloud infrastructure, and full professional proficiency in Hebrew.
