Neko is seeking a Laboratory Technical Supervisor to lead the establishment and ongoing operation of its new clinical laboratory in New York. This two-phase role involves initially setting up and validating the lab to achieve compliant go-live under CLIA, CMS, and New York State regulations, utilizing Abbott Alinity platforms. Post-launch, the supervisor will become the on-site technical owner, responsible for instrument performance, testing quality, inspection readiness, and developing the Laboratory Technologist team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with extensive experience in high-complexity clinical lab environments, a strong understanding of validation, and a commitment to maintaining inspection readiness and fostering team growth.
