Neara is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Platform Engineer to own the ML infrastructure and systems, enabling the ML discipline to move fast, ship reliably, and scale. This role involves defining the technical roadmap for training pipelines, serving architecture, and monitoring systems, while building tooling to accelerate ML delivery. The successful candidate will solve complex distributed systems problems and design scalable serving architectures for cutting-edge multi-modal spatial frontier models.
