True Anomaly is seeking a highly accomplished Loads Development Lead to serve as the technical authority for structural, mechanical, thermal, and coupled loads across a next-generation Space Based Interceptors defense program. This role offers end-to-end ownership of loads development across the full system lifecycle, from ground handling to on-orbit operations and intercept maneuvers. The successful candidate will establish program standards, develop Coupled Loads Analyses, and ensure the technical rigor of loads methodology. This senior technical leader will collaborate with various engineering teams, mentor analysts, and play a central role in securing the success and robustness of True Anomaly’s Space Based Interceptors defense architecture.
