Atoms is seeking a Real Estate Development Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of EV infrastructure sites, from acquisition to stabilization. This role requires a true builder who can thrive in ambiguity, solve complex operational challenges, and deliver high-quality, technically complex sites at speed. You will manage the full lifecycle of projects, including site selection, design, permitting, construction, and utility coordination, while leading a high-performing team. Candidates should have 10-15 years of real estate or technical infrastructure development experience, with a strong background in EV charging or similar high-power environments.
