Carta is seeking a Customer Success Manager in London to join their Customer Success team within the Carta Europe business unit. This role involves owning the success and health of a varied EMEA Book of Business, developing consultative relationships with customers, and driving product adoption and usage. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in a SaaS environment, and proficiency with Salesforce and other CS platforms. They will be instrumental in accelerating growth and driving retention for Carta's private market ERP platform.
