Lila is seeking a Principal or Sr. Principal BioML Scientist to co-architect and lead the applied science footprint for their new AI for Cell Biology team. This role involves shaping how AI and lab automation transform cell biology, owning the translational BioML charter, and anchoring initial programs in target identification. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in a quantitative field, a strong research track record in computational cell biology, and demonstrated experience in team building and leadership.
