Reserv is seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as a strategic partner and relationship owner for a portfolio of key customers. In this high-ownership role, you will drive optimal claims outcomes, maximize customer satisfaction, and ensure long-term success by acting as the quarterback of the customer relationship. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably within tech-enabled services, TPA, or Insurtech, and possess strong communication, project management, and strategic thinking skills. You will be responsible for customer relationship management, retention & growth, project ownership, and optimizing the customer journey, all while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver measurable value.
