In this role, you will (responsibilities):

• Understand the business requirements and translate them into an engineering roadmap to ship the product to our users.
• Own the development and application of LLM-based features end-to-end.
• Design and implement performant APIs and services.
• Build infrastructure to support cutting-edge AI capabilities.
• Continuously improve reliability and observability through enhanced monitoring and alerting.
• Contribute to the development of best practices, coding standards, and documentation to maintain a high-quality codebase.
• Provide support to customers along with the founders as needed.

Your background looks something like (qualifications):

• Experience working in a fast-growing startup or ownership of a full product launch cycle.
• Experience shipping LLM-based solutions to production.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and priorities.
• Experience with inference and evaluation platforms.
• Familiarity with RAG, semantic search, graph databases, vector stores, and embeddings.
• Experience building features end-to-end with TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js.
  4+ years of full-stack experience.

1. We are using AI to streamline hiring sales talent, training sales reps, and assisting them as a copilot once they are in the field.
2. We have paying customers with five-figure revenue and deals worth six figures in pilot, and more than 1,000 users are using our AI voice agents on the platform.
3. We are solving interesting puzzles, such as fine-tuning the LLM to build business context voice agents, a recommendation engine, and task execution agents for a productivity boost.
