Simile is seeking a Member of Technical Staff, Model Evaluations, to build robust measurement systems for their human behavior simulations. This role involves ensuring the accuracy, trustworthiness, and utility of models that simulate people, populations, and markets. The ideal candidate will have strong intuition for evaluation, fluency in LLM and model concepts, statistical judgment, and technical execution skills using agentic coding tools. You will be instrumental in defining how Simile verifies the quality of its behavioral simulations to guide critical decisions for F100 enterprises.
