This role requires world-class presentation skills to deliver product demonstrations, debug common errors with customers, and tie business problems to technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in software development or DevOps, strong cloud knowledge (e.g., Terraform), and the ability to articulate technology value propositions to both technical and executive audiences. You will be responsible for ensuring customer success with Traceable by Harness and strategizing with sales counterparts to foster commercial relationships.
