Boltz is seeking a Security Engineer to be their first dedicated security hire, owning and leading the company's security program end-to-end. This high-ownership role involves defining security strategy, building foundational security posture, and ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of systems, data, and products. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in information security, including compliance frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001, and hands-on experience in core security operations and cloud security. You will embed secure-by-design patterns, manage compliance, and serve as the primary security advisor for leadership and engineering teams.
