Vantora, a venture studio, is seeking a Sr. Fullstack Engineer to transform early product concepts into working software for new startup companies. This role requires operating in ambiguous, early-stage environments, translating loosely defined requirements into practical technical plans and implementing full-stack solutions. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience with React, TypeScript, Python, SQL, and AWS, demonstrating strong technical judgment and autonomy in a fast-paced setting. You will be instrumental in building MVPs, internal tools, and integrating third-party systems, balancing speed, quality, and maintainability.
