Alpaca is seeking a Crypto Operations Associate to join their 100% distributed and remote Crypto team, reporting to the Global Director of Crypto Operations. This role involves primary responsibility for daily monitoring of customer activity, operational tasks like trading and cash management, and supporting customer onboarding and AML programs. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services or crypto operations, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for Alpaca's mission and the cryptocurrency space.
