As a Staff Software Engineer in the Public Sector, you will be instrumental in creating core product building blocks and agentic capabilities for federal applications, focusing on ingesting and processing federal datasets for real-time decision-making. This role involves orchestrating feature implementation, defining technical strategy for AI agentic guardrails and orchestration, and mentoring other engineers. You will also communicate technical trade-offs to senior government stakeholders and influence the long-term product and technical roadmap for the Federal business unit.
