As an Electro-Mechanical Technician at Pacific Fusion, you will be instrumental in setting up manufacturing lines and performing assembly, testing, and validation of electrical and mechanical components for fusion energy systems. This swing shift role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to support engineering teams. You will manage inventory, install equipment, draft SOPs, lead system assembly and maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment. The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of hands-on technician experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with tools and forklifts.
