Namespace is seeking a Customer-Facing Software Engineer to act as a technical partner and trusted advisor to customer engineering teams. In this highly technical and autonomous role, you will embed with customers to understand their software development workflows, troubleshoot complex issues across various technical environments, and drive improvements to their infrastructure and developer tooling. You will also translate customer challenges into product and platform enhancements, helping accelerate their ability to build and ship software faster. This role requires strong engineering fundamentals, a customer-oriented mindset, and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
