World Labs is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to functional leaders across technical and non-technical teams. This foundational role will build the HRBP function from the ground up, driving organizational effectiveness and supporting high-performance standards. You will partner directly with founders and team leads on org design, headcount planning, and talent strategy, owning the full employee lifecycle and building foundational people infrastructure. The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, with significant time supporting technical teams at a high-growth startup, and deep California employment law fluency.
