As a Vendor Manager at Reserv, you will be crucial in building and managing relationships with key vendors to ensure seamless service delivery aligned with operational goals and customer expectations. This role involves overseeing the entire vendor lifecycle, from selection and negotiation to performance monitoring and compliance. You will collaborate across teams to optimize vendor partnerships, streamline processes, and maintain high service standards, ultimately shaping Reserv's vendor ecosystem to deliver innovative insurance solutions. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or operations, ideally within the insurance, technology, or TPA sectors, who is skilled in negotiation, data analysis, and relationship building.
