Armada is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager for Atlas to drive the post-deployment technical success of their enterprise customers. This remote role focuses on platform adoption, operational maturity, reliability, and expansion of Armada's Atlas product. The successful candidate will build and maintain Joint Success Plans, act as the primary technical point of contact, and ensure Atlas is deeply integrated into customer workflows. This position requires 8+ years of experience in technical account management or similar roles, with a strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud, and distributed systems.
