TAR is seeking a Head of Interconnection & Transmission to lead grid interconnection, transmission, market participation, and monetization for their off-grid data center power plants, starting with their West Texas campus. This senior player-coach role involves end-to-end management of ERCOT generation interconnection, defining export architecture, and driving market entry and monetization strategies. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in ERCOT interconnection, deep ERCOT fluency, and a strong commercial instinct to build revenue models.
