Worksome is seeking its first dedicated Solutions Architect to join the Sales organization in Copenhagen. This role involves owning technical conversations in enterprise sales cycles, designing integration architectures, and defining Worksome's AI integration story. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in a pre-sales or solutions architecture role at an enterprise SaaS company, with deep familiarity with HRIS ecosystems and experience designing API-based integrations. You will be instrumental in building the Solutions Architecture function from scratch and bridging the gap between Sales, Product, and Implementation Services.
