Helsing is seeking a Technical Lead Engineer, UAV Development, to be the primary technical authority for integrating and optimizing complex drone systems. This role involves leading multi-disciplinary engineering integration across various domains, governing requirements, and managing verification and validation from simulation to flight test. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience leading hardware and software integration programs in aerospace, robotics, or UAV development. You will define and lead verification strategies, chair design reviews, and act as the main technical interface for suppliers and customers, ensuring system safety and compliance with regulations.
