Fresha is seeking an exceptional Sales Account Manager - SMB in Bangkok to join their global team. This role focuses on building relationships and driving monetisation of the Fresha platform by growing an existing portfolio of customers, rather than acquiring new ones. The ideal candidate will be accountable for meeting key performance indicators on monetisation and revenue growth, proactively engaging with partners, and advising them on product adoption and selection. We are looking for someone with 3+ years of account management experience, who is commercially motivated, analytical, and possesses excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
