This role involves working directly with brokers, MGAs, and carriers to integrate AI-powered systems and resolve real-world data challenges. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in software/forward-deployed engineering, strong Python and SQL skills, and excellent customer-facing communication. You will own customer outcomes, work with real insurance data, and feed product requirements back to the core team.
