Rhoda AI is seeking Research Scientists and Research Engineers for a Member of Technical Staff role focused on Post-training & Robot Learning. This role involves adapting web-pretrained video models to real robot tasks, specifically fine-tuning causal video generation models on robot-collected demonstrations to achieve reliable and generalizable behavior with minimal task-specific data. Candidates will design and implement RL training pipelines, develop RL algorithms for video prediction, and build evaluation frameworks for post-trained policies. The ideal candidate will have deep robotics or autonomous systems domain knowledge, hands-on experience with robot systems, and strong ML skills with PyTorch.
