Our mission is to empower women to take control of their hormones, energy, fertility, and longevity through functional medicine and cutting-edge AI.
Currently in beta, we’re on the cusp of revolutionizing women’s health—and we need a visionary Founding CTO to lead the charge.

- To bring precision care to all phases of the female hormonal journey—helping women prevent avoidable health issues and understand their bodies more deeply.
👩🏽💻What You’ll Do
- Enhance Our Beta Prototype: Improve the speed, accuracy, and UX of our lab data analysis and symptom-tracking features.
- Lead Technical Development: Architect AI systems, manage data pipelines, and build secure infrastructure to deliver personalized care.
- Ensure Scalability & Compliance: Build a robust, HIPAA-compliant platform capable of handling 100+ biomarkers and millions of users.
- Shape Long-Term Strategy: Define our AI/ML and technical roadmap aligned with our vision for women’s longevity.
- Build & Mentor a Team: Recruit, lead, and inspire an engineering team that brings our product vision to life.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with the CEO, product, research, and ops teams to ship high-impact features.
Note: We are a small team. You will roll up your sleeves and code alongside us.
✨ You’re a Fit If You...
- Have 5+ years experience in software engineering, AI/ML (NLP, LLMs, or data pipelines), or health tech.
- Have built or scaled at a startup, AI/health tech company, or a top-tier tech org (e.g., FAANG).
- Are passionate about health equity and women’s wellness.
- Thrive in startup environments with high ownership and fast iteration.
- Understand HIPAA, GDPR, and responsible AI principles.
