Sigma Defense is seeking a Senior ATGPAC Training Requirements and Policy Analyst with extensive surface navy experience to join their team in San Diego, CA. This role requires 20 years of Naval Officer experience, including shipboard operational and senior-level training management, along with 5 years of staff experience in surface ship training and certification data analysis. The ideal candidate will be a qualified SWO and TAO, possess knowledge of the Surface Warfare Enterprise and various naval training processes, and be able to create and present Flag Level briefs. A Secret security clearance and a Bachelor's degree are required for this position.
