Nuance Labs is seeking an experienced Member of Technical Staff to lead RL and post-training for large-scale omni models, contributing to the development of photorealistic, real-time AI avatars with emotional intelligence. This high-ownership role involves building and scaling Nuance's RL/post-training stack from 0→1, encompassing method development, infrastructure, and evaluation for interactive audio-video-language models. The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on experience with RL, RLHF, RLAIF, and a deep understanding of post-training methods and large-scale pipeline operations. This is an opportunity to directly impact how Nuance models improve after pretraining, working in-person in Seattle with a competitive compensation package.
