ShopMy is seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Onboarding to join their Product Support team, focusing on the end-to-end brand onboarding experience from post-sale to go-live. This individual contributor role involves driving systems, standards, and cross-functional initiatives to scale the onboarding function. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in client onboarding or success, with a strong background in e-commerce and/or affiliate marketing, preferably with Shopify knowledge. You will be responsible for managing complex projects, monitoring onboarding health, defining quality standards, and leveraging AI to improve efficiency, all while operating at both strategic and tactical levels within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
