Tenstorrent is seeking a Cost Accounting Lead to join their world-class accounting team, playing a critical role in owning manufacturing cost accounting, including inventory, fixed assets, and COGS. This individual will be responsible for building out standard cost processes and partnering cross-functionally to drive accurate, scalable financial reporting as the company moves toward IPO readiness. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in manufacturing or hardware cost accounting, deep U.S. GAAP knowledge, and expertise in standard costing and variance analysis. This fully remote role within North America offers the opportunity to design scalable cost accounting and controls for IPO preparation and grow into broader finance leadership.
