Forus is seeking its first Recruiting Operations Lead to build and manage the operational backbone of its rapidly scaling recruiting engine. This role involves owning the Ashby ATS architecture, developing critical hiring reports and dashboards, and establishing operating cadences for recruiters and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in a systems- and analytics-oriented role, strong ATS configuration skills (Ashby preferred), and comfort with data.
