Varda is seeking a Supply Chain Engineer- Mechanical to integrate engineering and manufacturing capabilities with their supplier network. This role involves collaborating with supply chain, engineering, and production teams to ensure suppliers meet rigorous standards and deliver components aligned with design specifications. The engineer will be responsible for assessing manufacturing capabilities, interpreting engineering drawings, and driving improvements to enhance supplier performance. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in supplier quality engineering, preferably in aerospace or high-performance industries. This is a full-time, onsite role at Varda's El Segundo headquarters.
