As Channel & Alliances Director at Reclaim, you will be responsible for building and scaling the company's partner ecosystem from the ground up. This role involves identifying, recruiting, enabling, and managing a diverse range of partners including VARs, VADs, MSSPs, consultancies, GSIs, and technology alliances. You will design the channel program, drive partner-sourced pipeline, and own a channel-attributed ARR quota, acting as a key revenue multiplier for Reclaim’s enterprise reach. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of channel sales or alliances experience, with at least 3 years in cybersecurity, and a proven track record of building successful channel programs from scratch.
