We're looking for:

• Start-up mentality/experience - comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing requirements and quick iterations; able to figure things out.
• Autonomous & communicative - proactive, accountable, and able to work independently while knowing when to ask for help.
• Product & customer focus - we’re building a mission-critical product that real businesses rely on every day. Every decision should be grounded in serving our customers and creating real value for them, not just in exploring technology for its own sake.
• Technical versatility - full-stack mindset, comfortable jumping between backend, frontend, infrastructure, and learning what’s needed.
• Ruby on Rails experience is preferred (but not required)
