This role is a blend of solutions, AI building, and commercial ownership, focusing on managing a portfolio of smaller, fast-moving customer accounts end-to-end with high autonomy. The ideal candidate will own customer outcomes, drive retention and growth, and act as a deep product expert, leveraging AI to solve customer hiring challenges. We are looking for someone with 1-4 years of experience in customer-facing or product-adjacent roles, a commercial appetite, and genuine hands-on AI engagement.
